Special measures have been taken in our floristry and logistics as well as at our shipping partners to protect against the corona virus. Unfortunately, many florists are closed or have flower delivery problems. Currently we only deliver through our national flower bindery. The flowers are well packed and shipped on water. The flowers can be transported without problems for 3 to 4 days in this package. However, we aim for 1 to 2 days delivery time. The flower deliveries are currently delivered without contact between the delivery person and the recipient. The delivery person puts the shipment at the door, a signature is not necessary at this time. We ask understand for the current situation.
Our partner DHL uses bPost for distribution in Belgium. You may therefore receive an email from both DHL and bPost. Due to delays, bPost sometimes sends a standard mail if they have not yet received the package, but it is then on hold in their warehouse and they are then not yet scanned. This may take an extra day at the moment. Currently bPost has a delivery time of 2 to 3 days. Sometimes 1 day, but longer on average. Our apologies.
Our suppliers are also affected by restrictions and measures. It is possible that our range is limited by delivery problems at our suppliers and not all items are available. When arranging the bouquets, there may be deviations in individual cases. Our apologies for that. If an item is not available, we will replace it with an alternative.
